What a nice Silver wire. 

28G Silver Plated wire. This is a very thin wire. The larger the number the smaller the wire.

This is a standard Silver color wire with a copper core. For wire wrapping or wire crafts. This wire really is the normal pretty color of Silver.   Silver is such a neutral tone and goes with many things.

Parawire is a great wire to work with. It is a sturdy wire (my son works with this brand of wire and he is HARD on it) and holds up well to tools. It is the same wire I use in a lot of my jewelry. I've never had a problem with it.

Please remember, all metals will eventually tarnish (patina). The tarnish resistant coating helps keep it at bay however unless you use 99% Fine Silver or 14-18K Gold you will have a bit of tarnish in time. Keeping your wire or finished jewelry item in a plastic zip lock bag is a great way to protect it.
