Antique Bronze 18g Round Parawire

This is a really pretty Antique Bronze color of silver plated wire and comes in different gauges in the round wire. Also comes in these gauges: 20G, 22G, 24G, 26G

The color is a deep bronze color--like an antique piece of jewelry.  18g is a very popular size wire. It is large enough to give stability to your projects as well as looks great when paired with a smaller gauge wire.  

The color is nice because it's not as bright and goes well with the antique bronze findings. If you like the antique look of old jewelry this is a nice wire for you to use.

The 18 Gauge wire is a larger in diameter and goes through most larger bead holes. Small pearls will probably not fit. Try using a 22g for smaller hole beads or pearls.

Parawire is a great wire to work with. It is a sturdy wire (my son works with this brand of wire and he is HARD on it) and holds up well to tools. It is the same wire I use in a lot of my jewelry. I've never had a problem with it.

Please remember, all metals will eventually tarnish (patina). The tarnish resistant coating helps keep it at bay however unless you use 99% Fine Silver or 14-18K Gold you will have a bit of tarnish in time. Keeping your wire or finished jewelry item in a plastic zip lock bag is a great way to protect it.
